What is Alokate?

Alokate (pronounced Ah-loh-kah-teh) literally means "go crazy" in Spanish.

But not that kind of crazy.

The kind of crazy where you finally stop caring what people think.

The kind of crazy where you book the trip.

Where you dance like nobody's watching.

Where you wear the outfit.

Where you leave the relationship that no longer serves you.

Where you make new friends.

Where you chase the dream that everyone told you was impossible.

Where you finally give yourself permission to live.

Because life is way too short to play small.

Alokate started during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I lost my spark. I stopped creating. I forgot what it felt like to genuinely enjoy life.

But little by little... music brought me back.

Then dancing.

Then my family.

Then my friends.

Then complete strangers who reminded me that I wasn't the only one trying to start over.

I realized there were so many of us looking for the same thing...

Community.

Connection.

A reason to get dressed up and go dance.

People who don't need alcohol to have the best night of their lives.

People who are ready to stop surviving and start living.

That's why Alokate isn't just a clothing brand.

It's a movement.
